We are pleased to announce the formation of the Direction Home Group. We intend to form, as soon as Law Society rules allow, a multi-disciplinary practise of solicitors and surveyors, which will be (as far as we know) a first in the affordable housing sector.
We hope that this will enable us to offer an integrated and improved service to housing associations and other Registered Providers, whether in the acquisition, sale, or management of homes.
The two firms involved are Lexica Law, whose new name as from the beginning of January 2012 will be Direction Law, and the housing consultancy Direction Home llp. You can find out more on the individual Websites of the two firms on these links.
